I want to give a big shout out to Rene for going above and beyond to help me with my reservation. When I checked in late at night, the hotel couldn’t find my CLC reservation and I had to use my personal card since I was too tired after a long workday and the drive in. The next day, Rene stepped in, contacted CLC, got everything straightened out, and made sure the charge from the previous night was refunded. Her effort and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a smooth one I really appreciate it!.
Tru by Hilton in Georgetown was a perfect location for what we needed to do in the area. The hotel is clean quiet and comfortable exactly what you want when you're stopping through for a night. It also offered Great value making it an easy choice for a period overall a simple well-run hotel that delivers just what you need without any hassle.
Rooms are clean and roomy. Breakfast always ready. Several options for breakfast. Receptionist are point on and respectfully. I love come here. Oh yeah there's a gym that's clean.
Love amiss Shirley and her amazing breakfast! Pancake maker is so cool. All the different drinks are so good too. The bed and pillows are great. Slept all night!

We stayed in two rooms, and both were impressively clean with beautiful Art Deco–inspired colors that gave the space a stylish, modern feel. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Nice little room we had for 4. There wasn’t much drawer or closet space but we made due. However, the breakfast was by far the best selection I have had in my son’s travel experience! Every morning we stayed they had different meat selection, nice variations and the pancake machine worked! Indoor pool was fun for the kids and the little patio area worked great for our team parents to gather! Plus it is located next to almost all amenities that are needed.
Elevators were done when we arrived, but we’re back up within the hour. The rooms are clean, breakfast hot and fresh. Staff very friendly
